The Concept

Static Coffin is a website concept inspired by psychobilly music, cemetery imagery, horror posters, old noir style, and underground visual culture. The goal is to make a site that feels darker, louder, and more personal than a normal clean template.

Why This Concept?

I wanted the website to feel connected to my own interests instead of making something generic. The idea gave me a clear mood to design around: dark colors, dramatic type, rough textures, music influence, and horror-style atmosphere.

CMS vs Control

In WordPress, the theme helped create a site quickly, but the platform also made a lot of choices for me. In this AI and server version, I had more control because I could edit the HTML and CSS directly.
