Overtone magazine cover

Collective Spaces, Private Stories (2024)

This series of magazine covers began in my first Graphic Design course and centers on a key from the school where I taught Geography in Brazil in 2022.

After moving to the United States, I unexpectedly found the key in my pocket nearly a year later. What had once been an ordinary object became a tangible reminder of a life, place, and identity left behind.

Through the theme Collective Spaces, Private Stories, the project explores how shared public environments can carry deeply personal memories.

The repeated imagery across the covers reflects the way memories resurface, overlap, and evolve over time.
