For logos, GIFs file types are more compatible. In this instance the GIF file type is able to convey a clearer picture of the logo, while it has minor imperfections when it comes to pixelated outline it is very similar to the PNG file type. The PNG file type has a much clear and definite look, with a much cleaner outline of the logo and overall better look of the logo, since it is also transparent this file type is best suited for when looking up close to the logo is needed. The JPG file type is similar to the PNG file type in conveying the look of the logo clear enough and is clean however it does not support transparency and therefore will have a white background.
